Company Services
For over a decade All Tracs Data Inc. has assisted HUD housing projects around the nation with the electronic filing of their monthly TRACS reports. Most are small to medium size projects (5 to 125 apartments). These are projects whose owners have decided that it simply is not cost effective to purchase specialized computer equipment and software, train staff members on a complex computer program, and pay annual software upgrades and support fees. We do that -- but we are able to spread the cost over a large number of HUD projects and thus keep the average cost per unit low.
